The CHIRON Discussion Kit was created as part of a three-year research project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and hosted by Sage Bionetworks.

The final version of the CHIRON toolkit, redesigned as a set of small-group discussion exercises. This version was shaped by pilot feedback and community co-analysis.
The original version of the toolkit, developed following community engagement studios. This version presented CHIRON content as form-based tools for researchers to complete, ideally as part of research review by oversight committees. Version 1 served as the basis for pilot testing.
